<p>There is a large living room with air conditioning and a fire place, and a dining table to seat everyone. There is a separate TV room that can be used as a 7^th bedroom if extra beds are required, and a desk for doing some quiet work…in case that’s necessary!</p> <p>On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms on the ground floor have ceiling fans, but no air conditioning, as they are usually nice and cool.</p> <p>Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The ensuite bathroom has a hydrotherapy bath. The other upstairs bathroom has a double shower and double sink set up.  All upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and they overlook a large upstairs balcony and the pool area.</p> <p>There is also an underground games room! In the games room there is a large fridge freezer and “bar” area, (so that drinks are easily attainable on games night). There is a pool table, a ping-pong table, a darts board, skittles and all the necessary equipment. Here you will find the 5^th bathroom and also a second living room, where you can have late night conversations or play board games.</p> <p>Outside there is a large patio, a well kept garden with lawn, a covered pool that can be heated in winter time for an extra cost, a shaded barbeque area with two barbeques (one gas and one coal), and a shower to rinse off after the pool.</p> <p>The villa is located 5 minutes’ drive from Porto de Mos beach, under 5 minutes’ drive to the centre of town and 1 minutes’ drive to the Boavista golf course. It is also possible to walk to all these amenities, if you prefer not to have a car. The closest supermarket is Intermarché and it takes about 15 minutes to walk there.</p>
